We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at info@polarcomfy.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Yes as soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping
Our total delivery time is 4–11 working days (Monday–Friday), broken down as follows:
- Processing time: 1–3 working days (order confirmation, quality inspection, packing)
- Delivery time: 3–8 working days (from our shipping house to your door)
Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders no minimum order value required. Just add your items to the cart and enjoy complimentary delivery straight to your door.
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at info@polarcomfy.com and we'll see how we can help.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. You can also visit our Order Tracking page at any time and enter your order details to check the current status.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. To start a return, please contact our customer service team firstall returns must be registered before sending the item back. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note: if you're returning an item because it didn't fit or you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We don't process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item (within 30 days) and placing a new order for the correct one. This is the fastest way to get exactly what you want.
Products & Care
To keep your Polarcomfy pieces looking their best, we recommend following the care instructions on the label of each garment. As a general guide:
- Wash at a low temperature (30°C or below) to preserve fabric and colour
- Turn garments inside out before washing to reduce pilling
- Avoid tumble drying where possibleair drying helps garments last longer
- Iron on a low setting if needed, or steam to remove wrinkles
