How long does delivery take?

Our dispatch times are usually 4-11 working days, which are made up of two sections as follows:

1) Processing time: 1-3 working days processing time (order confirmation, customisation, quality inspection, packing) (Mo-Fr)

2) Delivery time: 3-8 days delivery time (this is affected by the place of delivery, the time includes the period from our international shipping house to your door) (Mo-Fr)

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be handled the next business day.
